JR53238: UPDATE THE 11.4 INFOCENTER TO INDICATE SUPPORT FOR IE10 COMPATIBILITY MODE

Error description

• The InfoCenter for 11.4 currently indicates that
  "Starting from InfoSphere MDM Collaboration Server, V11.4.0 fix
  pack 1, you must set the Microsoft Internet Explorer to
  Standards document mode. Using the Compatibility mode or Quirks
  mode can result in runtime errors."

  Update is needed to the 11.4 InfoCenter to clearly indicate the
  following-
  - 11.4 supports IE10, but not for GDS
  - 11.4 FP1 supports IE10 standard mode only (which customers
  will need to set up from the F12 - Developer Tools setting in
  IE)
  - 11.4 FP3 supports IE10 standard mode, and this is auto-setup
  without needing any action from the customer/users.
