Error description

• If you install a snapshot on an IBM Process Server that is
  active but not the default  snapshot and this snapshot contains
  a business process definition (BPD) that has an intermediate
  message event as well as a corresponding UCA, messages that this
  undercover agent (UCA) sends are not delivered to the BPD
  instance unless the default snapshot also contains the
  definition for this UCA.
  

Local fix

• Add a definition for the UCA to the default snapshot.
  

Problem summary

• When IBM BPM receives a request to run a UCA, it searches for
  the UCA definition in the default snapshot of the process
  application. If this snapshot does not contain the UCA
  definition, IBM BPM ignores the request.
  

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available for IBM BPM V8.0.1.3 that searches for a
  matching UCA definition in all snapshots.
  
  On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
  for JR53224.
  
  1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from
    the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
    level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
  
  2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR53224, and click Continue.
  
  When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
  the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
  additional installation instructions and information about the
  fix.
