• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In the Feature Pack 8 Aurora starter store with ATP inventory
  system, the ATP parameters (for example: 'allocate', and
  'check') are not passed to the server side by the REST service
  calls.
  
  When no parameters are passed, the Order Component uses the
  default ATP parameters.
  - For the 'allocate' parameter, the default value is '*n' which
  means no order items will be allocated, so the FFMCENTER_ID
  cannot be determined on the Shipping/Billing page.
  If a FFMCENTER_ID is configured in the SHPJCRULE table, then the
   calculation rule cannot be qualified, therefore the shipping
  charges are not calculated.
