  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  Dataload utility's file difference preprocessor fails when
  errors encountered
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  The data load file difference tool might not be usable if the
  input file has error.
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• Enhanced the file difference pre-processor to support a new
  property in the configuration file to allow the file difference
  pre-processor to continue when an error is encountered.

  The default value for fileDiffMaxError is 1. The file difference
   pre-processor will not stop when it hits errors in the input
  CSV file until the number of errors reaches the
  fileDiffMaxError.
  
  The error lines in the new CSV file will be in the difference
  file and when the data load tries to load the difference file,
  it will still report the errors.
