**************************************************************** USERS AFFECTED: Users who employ and LDAP and attempt to create new subscriptions Subscription Manager **************************************************************** PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The service-tier component of CommonEventFramework cannot find the email address of the subscriber in LDAP environment, so the email notification does not work. The client-tier of CommonEventFramework (also known as Subscription Manager), cannot find the LDAP users in the CC list field, so the CC list field is always empty, even though the user wants to add other users to the CC list of the email. **************************************************************** RECOMMENDATION: Apply the patch ****************************************************************
