Error description

  • You are using a custom coach view that has implemented a Modify
    Task option. You change the due date by using the custom Modify
    Task and verify the modified due date for the task on the Work
    page. You open the Team Performance dashboard and observe that
    task due date is not updated.

Local fix

Problem summary

  • The task index is not updated when you modify a task and the
    Team Performance dashboard uses the task index to retrieve the
    due date. The Work page uses a REST query rather than the task
    index; therefore, it displays the correct due date.
    

Problem conclusion

  • A fix is available for IBM BPM V8.5.0.1 and V8.5.5.0 that
    correctly updates the task index for due dates.
    
    On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
    for JR52897:
    
    1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from
    the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
    level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
    2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR52897, and click Continue.
    
    When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
    the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
    additional installation instructions and information about the
    fix.
