  • Invoking SCWC_SDF_changeOrderRealTime service using
    WCIntegrationUser on Sterling Order Management 9.4 throws an
    access control exception.

    Shoppers will not be able to cancel an order on the storefront
    when side-by-side integration is enabled with Sterling Order
    Management 9.4.

Problem conclusion

  • When invoking the SCWC_SDF_changeOrderRealTime service, passing
    the UserOverride element in the request XML allows
    WCIntegrationUser to modify the order.
