  In the XMLDataHandler code, an element name space URL is
  compared with a string value. If the URL is null, you receive
  the NullPointerException.
  

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available for IBM BPM V7.5.1.2 that compares the
  element name space URL and string value only when the URL is
  not null.
  
  On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
  for JR52657:
  
  1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from
  the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
  level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
  2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR52657, and click Continue.
