Error description

  • In IBM Process Center, you can use Generate Report to produce
    reports that include information about all levels of a
    subprocess. However, you cannot specify how deep the report
    should go into a subprocess. Therefore, you might receive too
    much information.

Problem conclusion

  • A fix is available for IBM BPM that, when you click Generate
    Report for an entire process application, a case definition, or
    a business process definition (BPD), opens a window where you
    can specify how many levels of processes or subprocesses the
    report will show so that you can minimize the size of the
    report. Ensure popups are not blocked.
    
    On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
    for JR52503:
    
    1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from
    the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
    level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
    2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR52503, and click Continue.
    
    When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
    the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
    additional installation instructions and information about the
    fix.
