JR52475: SEO URLs cannot resolve in Workspaces Preview

APAR status

Error description

• When attempting to use an SEO URL in Store Preview for a product
  which only exists in a Workspace schema (i.e. not in approved
  content), the following error, or similar, occurs:
  
  [9/29/14 20:38:23:962 CEST] 0000029c CommerceSrvr  A
  com.ibm.commerce.struts.BaseAction executeView CMN0203E: Command
   not found: "en/aurora/myProduct".
  
  The SEO URL resolves successfully upon issuing the same request
  a second time within the same Preview session.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• USERS AFFECTED:
  Users running WebSphere Commerce v7.0 leveraging Workspaces, SEO
   and Store Preview.
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  SEO URLs cannot resolve in Workspaces Preview
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  Business users may not be able to access Workspaces products in
  Store Preview using their SEO URLs.
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• This particular issue is related to how the user's Preview token
   is processed. With this fix, the Preview token processing has
  been moved from the Preview request plug-in to the Preview HTTP
  session context.
