Error description
When the server uses a locale that does not use the period (.) as a decimal separator but uses the comma (,) instead, you see "NaN" for decimal values in the Instrumentation page of the Process Admin Console.
Local fix
Use a locale that uses a period (.) as the decimal separator, for example "en_US".
Problem summary
The data shown in the instrumentation table is passed in XML format to the browser. Because a comma as a decimal separator is a not valid XML representation of a number, you see "NaN" instead of the number.
Problem conclusion
A fix is available for IBM BPM V8.0.1.3 that replaces separators that are not periods with periods in accordance with the XML specification. On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search for JR52339: 1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack level, and your platform, and then click Continue. 2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR52339, and click Continue. When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for additional installation instructions and information about the fix.
