    ****************************************************************
IBM BPM web service integration should process a security
header with a UTC timestamp in only the following format:
    yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss.S'Z'
If the response contains the UTC time without the millisecond
section, the value cannot be recognized, which leads to the
    IllegalArgumentException.

Problem conclusion

  • A fix is available for IBM Business Process Manager V8.0.1.3
that updates the security header timestamp processor so that
web service integration can process the time value with or
    without the millisecond section.
