JR51900: Association type of Merchandising Associations not correctly ret urned when add one same product twice with different type in CMC

Error description

• In CMC, assign the same product twice with different Association
  type to another product.
  
  For example, you can associate product A with product B as
  cross-sell. And you can associate product with product B again,
  but as up-sell.
  
  But when you try to get the json data of product A by using the
  following URL,
  
  hostname:<searchport>/search/resources/store/<store_id>/productv
  iew/<product_partnumber>
  
  You will see there are two merchandising associations with
  product A. But the association type are incorrect.
  
  The expected result should be: one up-sell and one cross-sell.
  
  The observed result is: two up-sell or two cross-sell (depends
  on which one you assign first)

  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  Incorrect quantity and association type if the same catalog
  entry is associated multiple times to the same product but with
  different association types.
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• An iFix is required to correct this incorrect behavior to be
  able to handle the same catalog entry being associated multiple
  times to another catalog entry but with different association
  type.
