Non-English characters are displayed in browser title because non-English characters (eg. Chinese) are loaded instead of English for SEO meta descriptions of the static content pages (e.g. contact us page and privacy policy page). This usually happens when the Aurora store is re-published on top of an existing store.

Use dataload to reload the SEO metadata from sample data
