Error description

• In the Process Admin Console, when you modify the values of
  exposed process variables (EPV) for a given snapshot and you
  have a large number of snapshots installed, the list of EPVs for
  a selected snapshot might not populate. You see a warning that
  is similar to the following warning from the WebSphere Thread
  monitor in the log files, alike the following:

Local fix

Problem summary

• When IBM BPM checks whether a EPV is exposed to the calling
  user, all favorites are queried for the given user for each EPV.
  When there the number of snapshots in the system is large,
  execution times for the various queries add up to a long overall
  response time.
  

Problem conclusion

• A fix is/wil be available for IBM BPM V8.5.0.0 that improves the
  efficiency of the EPV query.
  
  On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
  for JR51869:
  
  1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from
    the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
    level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
  
  2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR51869 , and click Continue.
