JR51821: HierarchyHelper. getCategoryName(String, SearchCriteria) does no t take contract as cache key.

Error description

• MY_FIND_CATEGORY_NAME_BY_CATALOGID_AND_LANGUAGEID_CACHE in the
  HierarchyHelper. getCategoryName(String, SearchCriteria) does
  not take contract id in the cache key.
  When doing a sub search using the
  IBM_ComposeShallowSubCategoriesByCategoryId profile, the
  contract id was set to null, and therefore, the default contract
   was used instead, but later because entitlement check is
  enabled for B2B, the a contract validation fails, as shopper is
  not entitled to work under default contact.
