Because the thread context class loader is not set correctly,
    a java.lang.NullPointerException occurs in ArtifactLoader,
causing the store and forward service to not start properly.

Problem conclusion

  • A fix is available for IBM BPM V8.0.1.2 that resets the thread
context class loader to avoid the
    java.lang.NullPointerException.
