    Advanced V8.0.1.1, you expect there to be only one record  in
    your CSV file. However, you might see multiple role instances
    in the relationship definition after the CSV file is loaded.

Problem conclusion

  • A fix is available for IBM Business Process Manager V8.0.1.1
    that ensures  only one record is created for the definition in
    the relationship CSV file.
    
    On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
    for JR51572:
    
        1.  Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition
    from the product selector, the installed version to the fix
    pack level, and your platform; and then click Continue.
        2.  Select APAR or SPR, enter JR51572, and click Continue.
