Error description

• If user configures the web server port number in wc-server.xml
  file, and then try to use in-context preview feature to preview
  a category, catalog entry or content page, the page comes up
  blank.
  

Local fix

• When user launches store preview, modify the resulting SEO URL
  of the object page to remove the custom port number before
  proceeding with store preview.

• Modified CMWSPreviewSetupCmdImpl class to check and replace any
  existing custom port number in the preview URL before appending
  the preview port number.
