• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When dyna cache is enabled on runtime server, user chooses to
  improve performance by using
  PromotionArgumentNoPromoargSessionBeanPersistenceManager to
  update coupons states. However, the cache is not invalidated to
  allow new coupon states to be updated.

Problem summary

• USERS AFFECTED:
  WebSphere Commerce V7 users that choose to use
  PromotionArgumentNoPromoargSessionBeanPersistenceManager to
  handle coupons for better performance.
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  WebSphere Commerce V7 users that choose to use
  PromotionArgumentNoPromoargSessionBeanPersistenceManager to
  handle coupons for better performance.
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  Business users cannot get the latest coupon states from
  databean.
  

Problem conclusion

• Added cache invalidation to
  FinalizeDiscountCalculationUsagenoPromoargCmdImpl to avoid
  storing  old coupon states in the cache.
