APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • In Process Designer, when using Optimizer to run a historical
analysis, the following error might be encountered:

 com.lombardisoitware.client. persistence.common.
 ObjectNotFoundException: Snapshot.1 b757b82-6b8b-47c7-8940-
 9ecOa9a?eF28

This is due to some historical BPD data in PDW which no longer
exists in the BPM repository.

Local fix

  • This APAR fixes the problem by ensuring the referenced snapshot
exists before attempting to load the BPD information required by
optimizer.

An alternative workaround is to create a new Historical Analysis
Scenario and select the Process Apps to include in analysis.

  • A fix is available for IBM BPM 8.5.0.1 that ensures the
referenced snapshot exists before attempting to load the BPD
information required by optimizer.

 On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
for JR51363:

  1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from
the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
  2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR51363, and click Continue.

 When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
additional installation instructions and information about the
fix.
