Error description

• When using data load to create a catalog entry and assign
  attribute values to it at the same time, the data load utility
  attempts a create operation on the attribute.  The attempted
  creation of an existing attribute will cause a unique constraint
   error.
  

Local fix

• Load the attributes and their related values in one dataload
  operation and the catalog entries in a separate dataload
  operation.

  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• In most cases, if the primary object being loaded is new, the
  child objects are also new.  The utility's original design used
  this type of relationship.  This led to better performance of
  the utility by assuming the same operation at all levels
  (insert/update/delete)
  
  Attribute Dictionary attributes operate on a shared model, so
  the child objects might not be new.
  
  A new method, setBaseTableObjectEnabled(boolean enabled), is
  added to the dataload framework to allow the mediator to have
  more control over the operation for child objects.  The catalog
  entry mediator is also updated to take advantage of this new
  capability.
