Error description
If a team filter service filters the All Users team, the resulting ad hoc group is called All Users, too, but it probably does not contain all the users. Even if the team filter service builds a new team with code like the following code tw.local.filteredTeam = new tw.object.Team(); tw.local.filteredTeam.name = "MyTeamName"; the adhoc team created in IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) does not use the specified name but uses the name of the team that was passed in to the team filter service instead. This behavior is described in ?Setting up a team filter service? A fix is/will be available for IBM BPM V8.5.5 that ensures the name returned by a team filter service is used for the new ad hoc team's display name. On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search for JR51274: 1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack level, and your platform, and then click Continue. 2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR51274, and click Continue. When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for additional installation instructions and information about the fix.
