APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Sitemap Generator does use the specified 'HostName' parameter
  value when generating custom SEO URLs in the sitemap XML files.
  

Local fix

• Set the web server HostName attribute in wc-server.xml when
  running sitemap generate.  It will pull the host name from the
  wc-server XML file if the sitemap generate hostName parameter is
   not passed in.
  

Problem summary

• USERS AFFECTED:
  WebSphere Commerce users who use SEO and have multiple sites
  with different host names for each.
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  Add support to the Sitemap Generator to use the 'HostName'
  parameter.
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  Incorrect custom URLs are generated in the sitemap XML when the
  HostName parameter is specified.
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• Modified SEOSitemap.jsp file to additionally check for HostName
  parameter value passed in when running the sitemap generator.
  Also, modified SitemapGenerateCmdImpl class to set the hostName
  parameter to be used by the SitemapIndex file.
