Error description
The value of the state property of a TWTask object is not calculated correctly. The value may be STATE_TERMINATE instead of STATE_CLAIMED.
Local fix
Problem summary
The value of the state property of a TWTask object depends on the execution status of the related process instance. The execution status of the task was used to calculate the value of the state property instead of the execution status of the process instance.
Problem conclusion
A fix is available for IBM BPM V8.5.0.1 that uses the execution status of the process instance to calculate the value of the state property so that the JavaScript API does not return an invalid state value for a TWTask object. On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search for JR51056: 1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack level, and your platform, and then click Continue. 2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR51056, and click Continue. When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for additional installation instructions and information about the fix.
