Error description

  • When you use a HTTP import binding in your SCA module and the
    HTTP server returned status code 500, 502, 504, or 505, the
    HTTP binding runtime code shows a ServiceRuntimeException, but
    the exception message does not contain the response status
    code and reason.

    When you use HTTP import binding in your SCA module and the
    HTTP server returned status code 500, 502, 504, or 505, you
    expect to see an exception message like this:
    Server error with response status code 500 and reason Internal
    Server Error.
    

Problem conclusion

  • A fix is available for IBM BPM V7.5.1.1 that adds the status
    code and reason information to the exception message.
    
    On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
    for JR50936:
    1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from
    the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
    level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
    2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR50936, and click Continue.
    
    When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
    the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
    additional installation instructions and information about the
    fix.
