recorded as a catalog entry creation instead of catalog entry
update.

  • USERS AFFECTED:
WebSphere Commerce users on v7.0 who use the Data Load utility
to reuse assigned attribute values in workspace.

PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
Change History is not correctly recorded when assigning catalog
entry attributes

BUSINESS IMPACT:
Change History may become inaccurate and undoing one catalog
entry may incorrectly affect others that share the same
attribute value.

RECOMMENDATION:

 to not undo the attribute value if the value is used by other
catalog entries.
