Error description
In IBM Process Portal, when you use Internet Explorer 10 or 11, the User Profile check boxes appear misaligned. In Internet Explorer 11, it is difficult to check and clear them. This problem also occurs with other check boxes, such as the Claim Task dialog check box in Process Portal.
Local fix
Problem summary
This problem occurs because Internet Explorer 10 and 11 handle CSS styles differently, requiring updates to the CSS files. Internet Explorer 11 handles the DOM differently than other versions of IE and requires an update to the JavaScript.
Problem conclusion
A fix is available that ensures the check boxes render and function correctly. On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search for JR50887: 1. Select your product with your edition from the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack level, and your platform, and then click Continue. 2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR50887, and click Continue. When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for additional installation instructions and information about the fix.
