APAR status

Error description

• If a user executes a search which will not return results, and
  the search is not all lowercase (ex. Coffeee, COFFEEE, CoFfEeE,
  etc), the original search term will be included in the list of
  suggestions ("Did you mean...").
  

Local fix

• Set the search terms to be lowercase, at the JSP level, before
  sending query to the search server
