SLA consequence is not triggered each time an SLA is violated. This issue occurs because the product was originally designed to trigger SLA consequences only when a SLA goes from non-violated to violated.
Problem conclusion
A fix for IBM BPM V7.5.1.2 is available that allows a flag to be set in 100Custom.xml to enable/disable the triggering of SLA consequences each time the SLA is violated. On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search for JR50679: 1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack level, and your platform, and then click Continue. 2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR50679, and click Continue. When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download the readme file for each fix.
