Error description
When you use coaches, the user interface communicates with server-side code in the com.lombardisoftware.component.common.web.TWComponentWebUIImpl class. This server-side code insufficiently checks which can cause the NullPointerException to under load. In such cases there does not exist enough logging information. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack level, and your platform, and then click Continue. 2.
