• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If you return to a coach after the task is postponed, IBM
  Process Portal collaboration code inadvertently runs the
  change event handler of the coach. As a result, the coach
  controls do not behave as they initially did when you first
  loaded it.

Problem summary

• Collaboration code runs the change event handler of a coach even
   though no collaboration session is active.
  

Problem conclusion

• A fix for IBM BPM V8.5.0.1 and IBM BPM V8.5.5.0 is available
  that ensures coach users are in a collaboration session before
  the change event handler runs.
  
  For V8.5.0.1, interim fix JR50515 is superseded by interim fix
  JR50541. Therefore, download and install interim fix JR50541.
  
  On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
  for JR50541:
  
   1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from
  the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
  level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
   2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR50541, and click Continue.
  
  For V8.5.5.0, interim fix JR50515 is superseded by interim fix
  JR51545. Therefore, download and install interim fix JR51545.
  
  On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
  for JR51545:
  
   1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from
  the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
  level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
   2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR51545, and click Continue.
  
  When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
  the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
  additional installation instructions and information about the
  fix.
