Error description

  • In IBM Process Center, exporting a snapshot by using a BPMN 2.0
    export fails if the process application does not contain any
    business process definitions (BPDs). The error message that you
    see is not the correct message nor does it indicate the cause of
     the problem:
    
    Export failed.
    Error message: Invalid export file requested.

    A more detailed error message that indicates the cause of the
    problem is written to the Process Center server log file:

    meaningful error message that you see in Process Center when
    the error occurs.
    
    On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
    for JR50493:
    
        1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition
    from the product selector, the installed version to the fix
    pack level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
        2. Select APAR, enter JR50493, and click Continue.
    
    When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
    the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
    additional installation instructions and information about the
    fix.
