APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• 1. When updating catalog filter in Accelerator, the
  tradingAgreementRegistry needs to be refreshed, otherwise the
  productset TC was not synchronized.
   2. When both CMC catalog filter and Acclerator catalog filter
  are both there, there is one code path that has a bug which
  causes the CMC catalog filter not to take precedence.

   BUSINESS IMPACT:
   1. Change in Accelerator may not be synchronized on search
  server
   2. When both a new and old catalog filter exist, the old
  catalog filter is recognized, this is not expected.
  
   RECOMMENDATION:
   N/A
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. To fix the synchronization problem, whenever a change on a
  catalog filter happens in Accelerator, such change will take
  effect on the search server.
   2. To fix the precedence problem, when a contract has both CMC
  catalog filter and Accelerator catalog filter, the CMC catalog
  filter will take precedence.
