JR50432: The Date object in search index was incorrectly formatted in catalog entry mediator

Error description

• If the search index contains a Date object containing both date
  and time info, when the index is fetched through catalog entry
  mediator, the Date object would be formatted into a date string
  and time info would be lost.

   WebSphere Commerce users on v7.0 who use catalog entry mediator
  to fetch indexed data containing Date object
  
   PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
   The Date object in search index was incorrectly formatted in
  catalog entry mediator
  
   BUSINESS IMPACT:
   With the problem, user could not fetch the complete date and
  time info from index

Problem conclusion

• SolrReadCatalogEntryViewPartMediator was modified to format the
  Date object into date and time string
