Error description

• Users are redirected to the Re-Login form after a timeout. Users
  should be able to continue on the store after their session has
   expired as guest users and not be redirected from the current
  page.

Problem conclusion

• Server Changes: Add the null-value check for persistent id
   Store Changes: Updated Mini-cart JSPs to be able to adapt to
  the server changes. This is the only JSP we found which needed
  the change.
