When you log on to IBM Process Portal in single sign-on environments, such as SPNEGO, an error message is displayed. The error message reads "The page you requested is not available."
The com_ibm_bpm_process_portal_hash cookie is missing. This cookie is created in the login.jsp page only. In single sign-on environments, the login.jsp is not the only point of entry into Process Portal. If a user is already authenticated by an application other than Process Portal, the login.jsp is not presented to the user and, therefore, the com_ibm_bpm_process_portal_hash cookie is not created. This missing cookie causes page navigation to fail.
A fix is available for IBM BPM V22.214.171.124 and V126.96.36.199 that ensures the error message is not displayed. On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search for JR50328: 1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack level, and your platform, and then click Continue. 2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR50328, and click Continue. When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for additional installation instructions and information about the fix.
