Error description

• When you provide a context root prefix in the Deployment
  Environment wizard that does not start with a forward slash,
  you see the following error message:
  
  {entered prefix} is not a valid context root prefix. A context
  root prefix may only contain the characters A-Z, a-z, 0-9 and
  _."
  
  This error message is not correct because only the leading
  slash is missing.
