APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Tasks selected to "Automatically flow to next task" and on the
    subsequents tasks the assignment is set to "Last User in Lane"
    do not exit fullscreen mode correctly. If first task is
    maximized and when flowing to a subsequent task, it should
    default to a minimized screen. There is no session
    preseveration between tasks in regards to maximize/minimize
    functionality.

Local fix

  • Exit fullscreen mode manually before going to the next task.
    

Problem summary

  • Full-screen mode does not exit when you move to the next task
    when you automatically flow to next task.
    

Problem conclusion

  • A fix for IBM BPM V8.0.1.2 is available that fixes the
    full-screen mode by making sure that the full-screen setting
    reverts to the minimized view when a task completes.
    
    On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
    for JR50172:
     1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from
    the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
    level, and your  platform, and then click Continue.
     2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR50172, and click Continue.
    
    When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
    the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
    additional installation instructions and information about the
    fix.
