  • User will experience issues logging in using Process Designer
    client. The client side ae.log will record the following

Local fix

Problem summary

  • As a result of applying fix for JR49147 an exception occurs
    during login using Process Designer. Please refer to JR49147 for
    further information about original fix.
    

Problem conclusion

  • A fix is available for IBM BPM 8.5.0.1 which eliminates the
    exception as a result of applying JR49147, as well as the
    original problem being solved by JR49147. Please refer to
    JR49147 for further details.
    
    On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
    for JR50140:
    
        1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition
    from the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
    level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
        2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR50140, and click Continue.
    
    When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
    the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
    additional installation instructions and information about the
    fix.
