This is an itermittent issue. When the issue occurs, the server needs to be restarted before the list elements can be created. Local fix
Problem summary
Coaches that have views that are bound to a list may not be able to create new list elements. Details: The template (te) element of a list is empty when the PO cache is cleared. This occurs because the coach generation uses the PO object as a key into an internal cache. When the PO cache is cleared, the object's Java ID is changed. This causes an incorrect cache miss, and this is why the list template is not resolved.
Problem conclusion
A fix is available for IBM BPM 8.0.1.2. On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search for JR50068: 1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack level, and your platform, and then click Continue. 2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR50068, and click Continue. A fix is also available for IBM 8.5.0.1. It has been delivered through superseding cumulative Coaches fix for APAR JR50541. Use the instructions above to locate the fix on Fix Central. When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download the readme file for each fix.
