APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When loading XML data via dataload, if an error occurs with
  maxError >1, the data after the error is not loaded. Instead
  dataload starts loading the data from the start of the XML
  again.
  

Local fix

• Convert the XML to CSV format and load the CSV file
