Error description

• If you use the list option for parameters in an Advanced
  Integration service, a WSDL definition generates an
  "ArrayOf<type name>" interface local list type for IBM
  Integration Designer. This local list type in the WSDL
  definition correctly uses the WSDL target namespace because this
  type is available and can be used only in this interface.
  
  However, when a message is sent by the system task that is
  implemented by using an Advanced Integration service, the
  message has an incorrect namespace because it is the namespace
  of the type for which this array type was created. Depending on
  the Advanced Integration service implementation, this incorrect
  namespace might be ignored or might cause incorrect behavior

  2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR49811, and click Continue.
