Local fix
Problem summary
ABAP RFC job aborts with SIGTERM on Windows
Problem conclusion
Several code fixes: - fixed end of row terminators when adding data to heap - implemented a locking mechanism for the heap operations to avoid read/write conflict - improved error detection - implemented a progress indicator, which will record in the job log the number of rows extracted per node (controlled by env var DSSAP_ABAP_ROWCOUNT - at how many rows per node to display a progress indicator, off by default) - additional and improved tracing (including RFC Server trace): a. in version 7 when using the env vars DSSAP_STAGE_RUNTIME_TRACE=FINEST (to enable) and DSSAP_STAGE_RUNTIME_TRACE_DIR (location) b. in version 6 when using DSR3_ABAP_RFC_SERVER_TRACE=1 (to enable) and DSSAP_STAGE_RUNTIME_TRACE_DIR (location)
Temporary fix
