Error description
Misleading "User Logged Out" message in Process Portal when the web session times out for the module.
Local fix
The web session timeout value can be increased to reduce the frequency of the error occurrence.
Problem summary
After a period of inactivity, longer than the web session timeout specified for the web module, user gets the following logged out error message: "You have been automatically logged out for security reasons. Unfortunately, because of this we are unable to save your information at this time. Please run this task again to save your information." This message is misleading since it is only the web session which has timed out, but the user can continue to work with Process Portal without re-login. The message should instead notify about the web session expiration.
Problem conclusion
The message has been changed to "BPM has been unable to retrieve data from your web session. It may have expired."
