Tasks with status "Special" cannot be processed in process portal because the returned "available actions" list doesn't include "claiming" actions at all.
Problem conclusion
Task with status "Special" are now getting the same available actions as tasks with status "Received" and "New", but they are not returned in the Process portal task inbox. For this the customer has to create his own saved search.
