Error description

• After enabling servicelogger trace
  (com.ibm.commerce.foundation.logging.ServiceLogger=finest or
  com.ibm.commerce.foundation.*=all) you may see unexpected
  behavior:
  
   1. Keyword searches where the term contains special characters(
  ) will not return expected results
   2. Switching the language for SEO urls fails to reload the page
  in the new lnaguage

   When ServiceLogger trace is enabled  user's see unexpected

• Special characters can now be used when service logger is
  enabled.
