Error description

• Using data load to load URL keywords for categories, if the
  categories have the same name, a duplicate key exception may
  occur due to the same keyword being generated for categories
  with the same name when batch size is larger than 1.

Problem conclusion

• This fix avoids the duplicate key exception and instead of
  failing, it will not insert a URLKEYWORD for the second record,
  and continue.
