Error description

• Process Portal includes web application components and TWX-based
  process application components. Although you can customize the
  TWX-based process application translations by using resource
  bundles in the process application, you cannot customize the
  translations of the web application content for different
  locales.

Problem summary

• You cannot customize translations of Process Portal web
  applications.
  

Problem conclusion

• A fix for IBM BPM V8.0.1.2 is available so that you can
  customize web application translations for different locales.
  You must reapply the customizations each time the product is
  upgraded or fix packs are applied. However, the customizations
  will remain when future interim fixes are applied, unless noted
  otherwise in the interim fix instructions.
  
  On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
  for JR49495:
    1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from
  the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
  level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
    2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR49495, and click Continue.
  
  When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
  the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
  additional installation instructions and information about the
  fix.
