• WCBD Delta Deployment fails to copy delta changes for static
  content when whitespaces are present in the name of any files.

Problem summary

• USERS AFFECTED:
   WebSphere Commerce users on V7.0 who use white spaces in image
  file names.
  
   PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
   WCBD Delta Deployment fails to copy changes in static content
  (filenames that have a whitespace in their name)
  
   BUSINESS IMPACT:
   This problem would prevent changes to static content from being
  updated during WCBD deployment when whitespaces as present in
  image file names.
  
   RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• Instead of using 'includes' attribute in copy task which uses
  comma separated filepath list, we are using 'include' element
  for each filepath.
